Guided by the wisdom of his first mentor, he has honed the craft of mixology, transforming ordinary spaces into dynamic cocktail destinations. His signature creation, a daring twist on the Boulevardier, blends Japanese precision with Italian flair, offering a unique depth of flavor. For George, the key to exceptional cocktails lies in simplicity, the use of natural ingredients, and fostering a culture of elevated drinking experiences.

    Raised in the heart of Fijian hospitality, Joseph has dedicated over a decade to perfecting his craft. Recently promoted to Bar Supervisor, he takes great pride in demonstrating that Fijians are leading the charge in the industry. His signature cocktail, "The Last Call," is a heartfelt homage to the women who have shaped his life, particularly his mother. His approach to mixology? "Fijian Muscle"—bold, a touch rugged, yet always infused with warmth and sincerity

Her signature drink, the "Papaya Paradise Margarita," reflects her dedication to sustainability, featuring locally sourced ingredients and eco-conscious practices. When she's not behind the bar, Vanessa draws inspiration from movement—whether it's playing tennis or experimenting with new flavors, each one telling a unique story in every sip.

    Mixologist Magician, crafting concoctions that wow the senses!

    For Gita, mixology is not just a craft—it's about crafting experiences that stay with you long after the final sip. Her journey, which began in an artisan gelato shop, has taken her around the world, including serving at a FIFA World Cup hotel. Now in Fiji, she is dedicated to enhancing the beverage experience with signature creations like the "Tekiteki," inspired by Fijian floral traditions, and the "Blanc," a zero-waste cocktail made entirely from white ingredients. To Gita, mixology is an art form, and her canvas is the glass before her.
